New Chocolate Chip Cookie

Try these cookies!  I think they are my new go-to recipe.  They were so so good.  And the difference?  using corn starch!  It's supposed to make it fluffier?  Anyways, try them.  You won't be disappointed.

2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Wendy's Frosty Copycat + Peanut butter = Amazing.

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (35 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (35 g) nonfat dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups (960 ml) ice cubes
I used whole milk and I added a big scoop of homemade peanut butter.
