1 pork loin or 4 chicken breasts
2 cans jalapeno El Pato sauce (green can)
1 c brown sugar
a dash of cumin
Sprinkle pepper and garlic salt
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours. Shred and serve
Tomatillo Dressing
Mix in blender:
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 c mayo (I used fat free)
1 c chopped cilantro
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 tomatillos - peel off paper and chop fine (I only used one-- I think they're kind of spicy)
1/2 c buttermilk
Lime Rice
1 c minute rice
2 c water
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 lime
1/4 bunch cilantro
1/2 tsp dried onion
1 tsp oil
Combine in a sauce pan and cover with a lid. Simmer until all the liquid is cooked out. Stir occasionally.
